These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cfsglobalfunding.com (the “Site”) and the Success Scan intake tool hosted at member.cfsglobalfunding.com (the “Success Scan” or “Member Portal”), both operated by CFS Global (“CFS Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site or the Success Scan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the Success Scan.
CFS Global is a business-credit and funding advisory company. CFS Global is not a direct lender. CFS Global provides business-credit advisory services and connects qualifying businesses to funding sources; final approval and terms are determined by third-party lenders. Any funding you may ultimately receive is provided by a third-party lender under that lender’s own terms, conditions, underwriting criteria, and agreements, which are separate from and not controlled by CFS Global.
Nothing on the Site, in the Success Scan, or in any communication from CFS Global constitutes an offer, commitment, or guarantee of funding, credit, or any specific financial outcome.
Funding outcomes vary by business and are not guaranteed. Use of the Site, submission of a Success Scan, or participation in a Strategy Session does not guarantee that you will be approved for funding, that you will qualify for any specific funding amount, rate, or term, or that you will achieve any particular business or financial outcome. Any funding amount, interest rate, term, or documentation requirement referenced on the Site, including in connection with the Success Scan or the funding evaluation described on the New Businesses page, is a typical or illustrative range only, is not a guarantee, and depends entirely on the lender’s own underwriting criteria and your individual qualification. Past results, if referenced anywhere on the Site, are not a guarantee or prediction of future results for any particular business.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to act on behalf of the business for which you are submitting information in order to use the Site or the Success Scan. By using the Site or the Success Scan, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and belongs to you or to a business you are authorized to represent.
The Success Scan is a data-driven audit tool that reviews information you submit, including financial and credit-related information, to provide an assessment of financial readiness, funding prequalification status, lender-compliance status, and related information. The evaluation described on the New Businesses page, which considers credit-based qualification with less reliance on tax returns and bank statements, is a separate evaluation path intended for businesses without an established financial track record.
Any prequalification, assessment, or evaluation result you receive through the Success Scan or a New Businesses evaluation is preliminary and informational only. It is not a commitment to lend, a pre-approval from any lender, or a guarantee of the funding amount, rate, or terms ultimately available to you. Actual funding availability, amount, rate, term, and required documentation are determined solely by the third-party lender at the time of formal application and are subject to that lender’s own underwriting standards, which may differ from the results of the Success Scan.
Because the Success Scan requests sensitive financial and credit information, you may instead choose to schedule a Strategy Session to discuss your situation directly with an advisor rather than submitting information through the online form.

Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the accuracy of any Success Scan result and any funding outcome, and CFS Global is not responsible for outcomes resulting from information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete.
CFS Global’s fee structure for its advisory services is not published on the Site and is discussed directly with a business once an advisory relationship is being established. Nothing on the Site constitutes a quote, offer, or binding fee arrangement. Any fee arrangement between CFS Global and a client is governed by a separate written agreement between the parties, not by these Terms.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Success Scan methodology, is owned by or licensed to CFS Global and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission, except as necessary to use the Site and the Success Scan for their intended purpose.
The Site links to the Member Portal (member.cfsglobalfunding.com) and may link to third-party lender websites or other third-party services. CFS Global does not control and is not responsible for the content, terms of service, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site or service. Your use of any third-party site or service is governed by that third party’s own terms and policies.
The Site, the Success Scan, and all related content and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CFS Global does not warrant that the Site or the Success Scan will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any assessment, evaluation, or result provided will be accurate, complete, or lead to any particular funding outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFS Global, its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, the Success Scan, or any funding outcome, decision, or third-party lender action, even if CFS Global has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFS Global’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or the Success Scan will not exceed the amount, if any, that you paid to CFS Global for services directly related to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit liability in any way that is not permitted under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CFS Global and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or the Success Scan, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any right of a third party, including any inaccurate information you submit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which CFS Global maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or the Success Scan will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting CFS Global using the information in Section 15. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, either party may pursue any remedy available at law or in equity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site or the Success Scan after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
