This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and the Success Scan together. By using either, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, do not use the Site or the Success Scan.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you use the Site or the Success Scan, we may collect information you provide directly, including:

• Contact information, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• Business information, such as time in business, industry, entity type, and business structure.
• Financial and credit information submitted through the Success Scan, which is a 150-data-point audit designed to evaluate financial readiness, funding prequalification, lender-compliance status, and online business footprint. This may include information related to business and personal credit history, revenue, banking relationships, existing debt obligations, and related financial details.
• Any additional information you choose to provide when you schedule a Strategy Session, communicate with us by phone or email, or otherwise contact us.

We ask you to provide only the information necessary to evaluate your business’s funding readiness. We understand this information is sensitive. If you prefer not to submit financial information through the Success Scan, you may instead schedule a Strategy Session by phone or video call to discuss your situation directly with an advisor.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, certain information may be collected automatically through cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies, including:

• IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
• Pages viewed, referring website, and time spent on the Site.
• General location information derived from your IP address.

We may use third-party analytics tools to help us understand how visitors use the Site. These tools may set their own cookies and collect information subject to their own privacy policies.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

If you are connected to a third-party lender or funding source through our advisory process, that lender may share information back with us related to the status or outcome of your application, to the extent permitted by that lender’s own privacy practices and any agreement between us.

• Evaluate your business’s funding readiness and prequalification status through the Success Scan.
• Provide business-credit advisory services, including identifying steps to build a bankable financial profile.
• Connect qualifying businesses with third-party funding sources, where appropriate.
• Communicate with you about your Success Scan results, Strategy Session, and ongoing advisory relationship.
• Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
• Improve the Site and our services.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud, unauthorized transactions, and other liability.

We do not use the financial or credit information you submit through the Success Scan for any purpose beyond evaluating and advising on your funding readiness and connecting you with funding sources you choose to pursue, except as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law.

3. How We Share Your Information

CFS Global is not a direct lender. CFS Global provides business-credit advisory services and connects qualifying businesses to funding sources; final approval and terms are determined by third-party lenders. Because of this, sharing your information with third-party lenders is a necessary and expected part of the service you are requesting when you submit a Success Scan or otherwise ask us to help you pursue funding.

We may share your information as follows:

• With third-party lenders and funding sources, but only to the extent necessary to pursue funding opportunities on your behalf, and only after you have engaged CFS Global’s advisory services. We do not sell your information to lenders as a data product; we share it in the course of the advisory relationship you have requested.
• With service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting the Site and the Member Portal, processing communications, or providing analytics. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us and are not permitted to use it for their own independent purposes.
• For legal reasons, if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
• In connection with a business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The Site may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate correctly and to understand how visitors use the Site. You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, but doing so may affect the functionality of the Site. The Site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Financial and credit information submitted through the Success Scan is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to support the advisory relationship and any applicable recordkeeping requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified in the ordinary course of business.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which may include the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions.

8. Communications, SMS, and Email Consent

If you provide your phone number or email address, we may contact you regarding your Success Scan results, Strategy Session, advisory relationship, or related updates. By submitting your contact information through the Site or the Success Scan, you consent to receive communications from CFS Global by phone, email, and text message (SMS) at the number and address provided.

• Message and data rates may apply to SMS communications. Message frequency may vary.
• You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message we send, or by contacting us using the information in Section 11.
• You may opt out of marketing email communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in those emails, or by contacting us directly.
• Opting out of marketing communications does not opt you out of communications necessary to service an active advisory relationship, such as updates related to a Success Scan or funding request already in progress.

Consent to receive SMS or email communications is not a condition of using our services where prohibited by law. We do not sell or rent your phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Site and the Success Scan are intended for business owners and are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site and the Success Scan may contain links to third-party websites, including lender websites and the Member Portal. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing information to it.
